He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blaine and Rosa Lee Phillips White; his wife Barbara Carolyn Beckett White; and his siblings, Carl Ray White, Dale White, Mac White, Donald White and Wanda Lee Dedmond.
He is survived by: his daughter Janet White; his grandchildren, Angela White (Kenny), Daryl White (Teresa), Paul Holly, Caroline, Kaitlyn McKee and Blaine Cole White; and his great grandchild Nila Faye Holly. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
