With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janie Cleo Walters Joiner (Memphis, Tennessee), who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Jimmie; her grandmother Walters; her husband Thomas Duncan Rahm; her daughters, Rachel Vargas of Memphis, TN and Wendy Najera of Southaven, MS; and her siblings, Marilyn Townsend (Robert) of Southaven, MS, Wanda Ross (Carlon) of Strayhorn, MS and Jimmie Walters Jr. (Karen) of Abbeyville. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
