He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ann Mills McCormick; his parents, James Lloyd and Lily Mae Cox McCormick; and his siblings, Jimmie Mae Dunn (Bill), Hoyt, Donald and Paul McCormick.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaQuita Joy McCormick Luke of Southaven and Christi Lynn McCormick House of Memphis; his grandsons, Justin Powell Luke (Elizabeth), Taylor Michael House (Mikenzie) and Joshua Dillon Luke; his great grandchild Eva Joy Luke; his son-in-law Michael John House; his sisters, Joan Gean and Jean McCormick; and his siblings-in-law, Vickie McCormick, Jimmy Mills, Helen Bullard, Wilma Brown and Kathleen Warren. He is also survived by adopted daughters, sons, grandchildren, along with endeared close friends.
