He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Jesse Woodall and Cora Henley Woodall of Trenton, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Annabel Lee Whitten of Memphis; his sons, Jay (Kim) of Knoxville, TN and Michael (Cindy) of Franklin, TN; and his grandchildren, Jesse IV (Elizabeth), Allison, Kaylee Mayberry (Noah) and Michael, Jr..
