It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Ann Chapman of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Rector, Arkansas, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Raymond Thompson and Lean Glass Thompson; her husband Thomas William Chapman, Jr.; and her brother Randall Thompson. She is survived by: her son Thomas William Chapman, III; and her sister Shirley Harris.
