He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Lofton and Gladys Cummings Lofton; and his sisters, Gail Lofton Matthews and Katie Lofton Liggines. He is survived by: his daughter Kathy O. Lofton of Memphis; and his brother Jerry Lofton.
