He is survived by: his pet Kevlar; his stepmother Donna Bennett; his mother-in-law Joan Namaka; his wife Karen; his children, Max, Erick (Marcela), Connar, Rilee and Holton; his grandsons, Brandon and Liam; his siblings, Virginia Noland-Morton, Jonas Foote (LeAnn) and Rachel Price; his parents-in-law, Ivy (Murray), Judy (Glen), Marvin (Michelle) and Barry (Valdine); and his close friend Kevlar.
