He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Claude Starnes and Ruby Clara Evans Starnes; his siblings, Shirley Madigan and Wayne Starnes; his children, David Shane Starnes (Susan) of Arlington, Brenda Elaine Starnes of Denver and Belinda Jane Starnes of Cordova, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ryan John Reasons of Englewood, Christopher Kyle Starnes of Arlington, Rebecca Elizabeth Starnes of Arlington and Reed Banion Reasons of Collierville, Tennessee; and his brother Larry Starnes of Millington, Tennessee..
