She is survived by: her children, Sandi White (Bob) and A. J. Tony Sarg; her grandchildren, Chelsea Matlock, Shelby Matlock, Justus Sarg and Katherine Sarg; and her great grandchildren, Lennon Sanders, Lucy Sarg and Willow Johnson.

The family requests any memorial donations be directed to the Shriner's Children's Hospital.
