With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katie Thompson Wyrick Houston of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Dyer, Tennessee, who passed away on September 5, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her stepson James Randall Houston; and also Ted Wyrick. She is survived by: her husband James Houston; her children, Danny Wyrick (Vicki), Beverly Duke of Robinsonville, MS and Monnie Elizabeth Matthews (Robert); her siblings, Dorothy Cox (Andy), Gladys Martin and Percy Thompson (Mary Lou); and her stepchildren, Lindy Boyd of Stanton, TN and Ronald Houston. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and five step grandchildren.
Due to COVID 19 social distancing and face mask will be required and attendance will be limited.
