He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Higginbotham and Frances Higginbotham; and his siblings, William Higginbotham, Joyce Glover and Peggy Higginbotham.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Lee Higginbotham of Lakeland, TN; his children, Wade Higginbotham of Arlington, TN and Amy Michelle Hinshaw (Eric) of Munford, TN; his grandchildren, Jordan Higginbotham (Lexie) of Olive Branch, MS, Zachary Hodgins of Munford, TN and Ashlynn Hinshaw of Memphis, TN; his great grandchildren, Jade, Nora Higginbotham and Elijah Hodgins; his sister Donna Harris (Herbie) of Olive Branch, MS; and his sister-in-law Ginny Rains of Dunlap, TN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family requests that any memorials be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
