She is survived by: her husband Donald Eugene Cook of Memphis; her children, Michael Whitman Cook (Jennifer) of Oxford and Karen Leigh Cook of Germantown, TN.; her grandchildren, Josh Cook (Nalee) of Nashville, Phillip Cook (Renee) of Memphis, Minor Cook Pipes of Memphis, Michael Whitman Cook, Jr. and England; and her great grandchildren, Lucas Cook, Elena Cook, Lydia Cook of Memphis and Ailani Cook of Nashville.
