She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Aimar "Sonny" Willoughby, Jr.; her parents, Franklin Bridges Cook and Lillie Mae Bell Cook; and her siblings, Kenneth Cook, Lena Cook Curry, Rudell Cook Prosser, Roland Lee Cook, Roy Cook and Charlie Cook.

She is survived by: her sons, Charles A. Willoughby, III of Scranton and Jason Willoughby of Scranton.
