It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Baker Merritt of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on September 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles W. Baker and Naomi Newman Baker. She is survived by : her daughter Heather E. Merritt of Memphis; her sisters, Priscilla B. Butler of Tiptonville, TN and Sally L. Baker of Memphis; and her grandson William Long of Nashville, TN.. She is also survived by 5 cousins, 1 niece and two nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The American Heart Association.
