She is survived by: her parents, Deborah Lynn O'Brien and John Cory O'Brien; her siblings, Alexis Loudenslager, Noah Loudenslager and Shana Cowell; her grandmother Donna O'Brien; and her siblings' children, Eyona Tanner, Isabella "Kai" Boyce, Ryan Loudenslager, Rileigh Loudenslager and Raine Loudenslager.
