It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Dempsey (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Cardwell, Missouri, who passed away on February 2, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son-in-law Danny Knight, Sr.; and her brother Ronnie Wilborn (Sharon). She is survived by: her husband James Edward Dempsey, Sr.; her children, Ed Dempsey, Jr. (Jill), Shawn Knight, Chris Dempsey (Monica) and Alicia Byer (Dan); and her sister Dawna Schatzley (Bill). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and a large extended family.
