She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Smith and Amy Mason; and her siblings, Mary Smith, Willie Smith, Isaac Foster and John Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Andy Miller, Sr.; her siblings, Nellie Foster of Tampa, FL and Melvin Foster; her sons, Kevin Willoughby, Robert Willoughby, Anthony Willoughby and Victor Willoughby; her stepchildren, Annette Miller and Andy Miller, Jr.; and her parent-in-law Greater Harvest Church. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Saturday, November 28 at 12 p. m. at the Outdoor Chapel @ Serenity Funeral Home located at 1638 Sycamore View Rd, Memphis, TN 38134 - with appropriate social distancing and it will be streamed on Facebook Live - Serenity Funeral Home's Facebook page.
