She was predeceased by: her husband Vernon Bruce Buchman; her parents, George Augustus Zanone and Mae Riley Zanone; her grandson Thomas Hughes Brinkley; and her brothers, George Augustus Zanone, Jr., Philip Richard Zanone and Thomas Edward Zanone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Katherine Brinkley (Tom) of Birmingham and Maureen Perkins (Chris) of Memphis; her grandchildren, John, Sam Brinkley, Meredith, Jack and Henry Perkins; and her sister Nell Zanone Stratton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
