He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton Curtis and Stella Curtis; and his siblings, Douglas Curtis, Jerry Curtis, Larry Curtis, Glenn Curtis and Peggy Sawyer.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Curtis; his children, Sharon Chandler (Ricky) of Bartlett, TN, Paul Curtis of Seagrove, NC and Ronnie Curtis (Phyllis) of Millington, TN; and his sister Linda Byard of Holly Springs, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Arthritis Foundation.
