He is survived by: his wife Joanne Kerne Cain; his children, Scott (Julie) and Kim Newman (Marty); his stepdaughter Cindy Leigh (Stephan); his grandchildren, Lauren Konrade, Evan Cain (Rachel), Brady Newman (Alex) and Kynzie Story (Ian); his great grandchildren, Maddox, Abel, Tahli and Ava; his brother Danny Cain (Diane); his sibling's children, J. D. Cain (Courtney), Shannon Kenyon (Todd) and Marcie Kelly (Jacob); and the mother of his children Earleen McGuire Engle.
