He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Johns and Maudie Johns; and his brother William Jay Lewis. He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Muhleisen, Kimberly Kitts, Nichole Turner, Amber Morano and Ashley Johns; and his siblings, Pauline Carson, Paula Lewis and Carl Hiatt (Kim Davis). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
