She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Osborne and Julia Osborne of Blackwater, Virginia.; her husband Cecil Bledsoe; her sons, Williams Bledsoe and Larry Bledsoe; her son-in-law Eugene Harper; her great grandchild Rylan Douglas Trent; her brothers, Leonard, Bill, John and Claude Osborne; and her half-siblings, Guy, Charles, Dewey Osborne and Ermma Jean Hoskins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Sue Harper and Sonjua Harrell (Gus); her grandchildren, Billy, Lori, Mike, Mark and Matthew; her great grandchildren, Zachary, Jessica, Emmie, Alyssia and Marlee; her stepgrandchildren, Travis Harrell and Maegan Dishner; and also Lowell Bean. She is also survived by several other step grandchildren, beloved neighbors, and extended family.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Bethel Community Cemetery in Surgoinsville.
