She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Lewis and Bertha Scott; her grandmother Jency Scott; and her sister Janice Horne. She is survived by: her daughter Chiquita Williams (Larry); her grandchildren, Ronnie Gentry, Roneshia of Washington, Natasha Brooks, Naterio Gentry, Latasha Johnson and Labrina Williams; her great grandchildren, Marco, Tremayne, Jordan, Lamaya, Shaniya, Mariah, Eli, Naterionna, Emmaly and Graci; and her siblings, James Lewis Jr. (Dallas) of Philladephia, PA, Reginald Reed (Trina) of Memphis, TN. and Juana Williams of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and cherished friends.
