He is survived by: his son Alan Douglass Heath (Tina); his grandchildren, Christine Heath Essary (Robert), Jason Eugene Heath, Amanda Cockrum (James), Brian Douglas Heath (Chelsee) and Robert Alan Heath (Bobby); and his great grandchildren, Alicia Essary Herbert (David), Christopher Daniel Miller, Caleb Ray Heath, Connor Joseph Heath, Isabella Grace Heath, Zachary Alexander Cockrum and Troy Joseph Heath.

Memorials can be made in honor of Ray Heath to Bartlett Hills Baptist Church and the American Stroke Association in lieu of flowers.
