He was predeceased by: his father James L. Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Penny L. Hopper Robbins; his mother Helen Joyce Gammon Robbins; his sister Sheryl F. Turner (Jere); and his children, Monica Joye Robbins Baker (James) and Michael James Robbins (Brittany). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
