He is survived by: his close friend Rosa Lee Johnson; his daughter Cotrina Yvette; his wife Rosa Echols; his son-in-law Dr. William Norris; his sisters, Irma Boyce (Bennie), Verne Cash (Marvin) and Catherine Donald (Larry); his siblings-in-law, Gussie Richmond, Mary Mosby, Thomas Johnson and Tranza Miller (Mary Ann); and his grandchildren, William Virgil, Jacob Robert and Elyse Yvette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
