Stevens, Jr. (Patti) of Eads, TN; his grandchildren, Angela Allen (Ed), Bobby Stevens (Nicole), Ray Stevens, Kathleen Peters (Shawn) and Melanie Cummings (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Andrew, Kassidy, Kinsley Peters, Wesley, Cooper, Parker, Kylee Cummings, Ava Gracelyn, Maddie and Mylah Stevens.
