He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Meadows and Opal Nibert Meadows; his sister Norma Jean Meadows; and his brother-in-law James Conard. He is survived by: his wife Janet Meadows; his children, Mary Meadows of Lake Seminole, Roy Lee Meadows (Heather) of Lake Seminole, David Meadows of Lake Seminole and Martha Meadows Ross (Lemuel) of Donalsonville, GA; his sister Dorothy Conard; his brother-in-law Otis Leo Rice; his mother-in-law Ernestine Coovert; and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Madison, Alex, Maddie Rae, Abigail, Hunter and Savanna.
