It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell Johnston Hensley of Memphis, Tennessee, born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, who passed away on December 12, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Russell D. Hensley; and his sister Mary Bright Hensley Adams. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pelham "Missy" Hunt Hensley; his sons, Russell Johnston Hensley, Jr. (Camille) and William Hunt Hensley (Pauline); his mother Lillie Bright Johnston Hensley of Germantown; and his sister Laura Beth Hensley Matson (Arnie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
