It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Hopper Dibiasi (Memphis, Tennessee), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on January 11, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dibiasi and Willie Mae Hopper; and her siblings, T. T. Hopper, Terry Hopper and Jeanie Hopper.
She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Mills and Kevin Mills; and her siblings, William Hopper, Patsy Ney Lorette Sere and Brenda Martin. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
