She is survived by: her children, Frank Russell II (Joy), Michele Redding and Harriet Temple; her grandchildren, Katrina, Alexis, Nia, Jason and Natalie; and her sibling Bertley Springer (Elaine). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
