She was predeceased by: her father Herbert Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Smith; and her siblings, Janice Scott, Sheryl Rea Holbrook and Herbert Smith, Jr.. She is also survived by two granddaughters; two aunts; two uncles; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
