It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sidney N. Boyd Jr. of Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on December 18, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney N. Boyd, Sr. and Fannie Kate Boyd; his sister Helen Boyd; and his son Jeffrey D. Boyd. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Joan Boyd of Memphis, TN; his son Steve Boyd (Cindy) of Memphis, TN; and his brother Burton Boyd (June) of Jackson, MS. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
