He is survived by: his wife Estrella Finley (Star); his children, Sharon Finley, Angela Finley, William Finley, II (Ella), Edward Finley (Leila), Andrew Finley (Sarah) and Steven Finley (Samantha); and his sisters, Ann Echels (Charles) and Paula Glenn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family members and special friends.
