He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edington and Alice Harvey Edington. He is survived by: his wife Sallie E. Edington; and his children, Mabelene Dimmer (Jesse), Margaret Warren (George), Mary Parham (Thomas), Willie D. Edington, Jr., Joe (Dorthy) and Fred Elder (Barbara). He is also survived by three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
