He was predeceased by: his father Percy Carter; his brother Raymond Carter; and his grandson Chad Cordale Carter. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carter; his children, Dwayne Carter (Ruby) and Denise Doyle; and his grandson Justin Doyle. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
