He was predeceased by : his father Delta Fish. He is survived by : his mother Brenda Martin; his brothers, Glynn Fish and David Smith; his wife Audra Cox Fish; his children, Shelby Pace and Sam Fish; his brother Nathan Fish; and his stepmother Sandy Fish. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
