It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Charles Milligan (Milledgeville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 6, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wilford and Juanita Irene Weaver Milligan; and his son Christopher Charles Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Malone; his children, Stephen Van Milligan of Bath Springs and Melinda Milligan Screws (Lewis Clark Screws, Jr.) of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Megan Lynn Screws of Morris Chapel, Tennessee, Hannah Elizabeth Screws of Morris Chapel, Tennessee and Tyler Malone Screws of Morris Chapel, Tennessee; and his sister Wanda Kay Milligan Gibbs of Adamsville, Tennessee..
