She was predeceased by : her parents, Mike Lincoln Blaylock and Ola Bowden Blaylock; her siblings, Frank Douglas Blaylock, Sammie Jean Blaylock and Billie Sue Dunn; her brothers-in-law, Roy Swafford and James "Pip" Dunn; and her nephew Barry Michael Swafford.
She is survived by : her children, Monty Johnson (Sherry) of Cookeville and Donna Garrett (Rocky) of Monterey; her grandchildren, Dustin Johnson, Jennifer Leming, Daniel Garrett (Jessica), Sarah Cunningham (Matt) and Cynthia Rittenberry (Randall); her great grandchildren, Dylan Leming, Luke Leming, Shalyn Pippin, Lilly, Sam, Caroline, Hannah Garrett, Addilyn and Islee Cunningham; her great great grandchildren, Madilyn and Michael Rittenberry; her sisters, Anna Jo Swafford and Sara Kay Walker (Opless); and her nieces and nephews, William Blake Swafford (Melinda), Susan Elaine Welch (Steve), Stephen Douglas Blaylock (Barbara) and Grey Dunn (Margaret).
