He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Noah Loftis (Tom) and Lucille E. Loftis (Ford); his daughters, Stacy Loftis Price and Christina Loftis; and his siblings, Durell Loftis, Lorell Mills and Carolyn Loftis.
He is survived by : his children, April Loftis of Monterey, Bradley Loftis and Ashley Loftis of Oklahoma; his siblings, Mack Loftis of North Carolina and Teresa Loftis Browning of Lakeland; and his grandchildren, Chelsea Phillips of Monterey and William Phillips of Lebanon.
