He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Locke and Shirley Moore; and his stepfather Floyd Moore. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie May (Aaron) and Deanna Locke Cain; his fiancée Peggy Massengill; his siblings, Ricky Price, James Price (Gwen) and Donna Holmes (Faron); and his close friends, Danny Jinks and Rick McFall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
A reception will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Stetzer-Bales Funeral Home (146 E Main St, Morristown, TN 37814).
