He was predeceased by: his siblings, Billye Allene Davis Herman and William Gordon Stepp, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Stepp of McMinnville; his sister Shirley Stepp Denton of McMinnville; his children, Chantel Saylors of McMinnville, Jeff Stepp of Shelbyville, Jennifer Herndon of Smithville and Ronnie Lewis of McMinnville; and his grandchildren, Ashlie Roland, Ashley Saylors, Jordan Roland, Lucas Stepp, Lexie Saylors, Cameron Stepp, Savannah Saylors, Dylan Stepp and Keira Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Warren County Animal Control and Adoption Center.
