He was predeceased by: his parent Junior Martin Rackley; and his brother Robert Rackley. He is survived by: his parent Shirley M. Rackley of Perry, OH; and his siblings, Debra Fuentes-Morehouse of Cleveland, OH and Randy A. Rackley of Brownsboro, TX. He is also survived by two nieces and six nephews; seven great-nieces and four great-nephews; and one great-great-nephew.
