She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Speck and Eula Speck; her husband Dale Garrett; and her siblings, Virginia "Flipo" Speck, Sue Dean, Arline Hall, Sam Speck, Don Speck, Charlie Speck and Tubb Speck.
She is survived by: her daughter Gail Garrett of Morristown, TN. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Robinette Funeral Home (146 Maple Dr, Jonesville, VA 24263). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent for the upkeep of Millers Chapel Cemetery.
