He was predeceased by: his wife Samaria Shayeb Stepp; his parents, Myrtle Farmer and Robert Stepp; his grandparents, Mammy, Pete Farmer, Pear and Sam Stepp; his siblings, Bonnie Moore Gates and Lloyd Stepp; his siblings' children, Denise Tolly, Vickie, Kenny Beck, Rhonda Stubblefield and Sherri Adams; and his great-nephew Robbie Beck.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shelvia Stepp Riley (Jim) and Carolyn Stepp Hochstadt of Morristown.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stubblefield Funeral Home (5421 E Andrew Johnson Hwy, Morristown, TN 37814). A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
