We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2020, at the age of 69, Patricia Carter of Morristown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse Carter; her son David Carter; and her parents, Willey Bryant and Bonnie Singleton Bryant. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Seals and Jessica Jacobson (Duane); her brother Larry Bryant; and her grandchildren, Oakley Seale, Patrick Seals, Lisa Seals, Dacey Jacobson, Durango Jacobson and Dierk Jacobson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
