He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Sams and Dot Sams; and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his sons, Isaac and Ethan; his pets, Millie, Ernie and Tink; and his siblings, Buddy Sams and Danon Slazas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
