He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Moore and Paul Allen Fankhauser. He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Mt. Juliet, TN; his children, Jonathan Allen Fankhauser (Irene) of Lewisburg, TN, Russell Clay Fankhauser (Melissa) of Nashville, TN and Allison Gail Fisher (Brian) of Spring Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Joey Fankhauser (Brooke), Becca Loome (Eric), Ada Fisher, Anderson Fisher and Owen Fankhauser; his great grandchild Levi Fankhauser; and his sisters, Nancy Geier (George) and Debbie Fritz (Rick).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park (660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Gary Sinise Foundation, Project Healing Waters, or a charity of choice.
