He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Beulah Miller; and his brother Vaughn Miller (Ella). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ella Payne Miller; his sons, Jimmy (Martha) and David (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Miller Smart (Andy), Julie Miller Crosswhite (Bud), Jason Miller (Heather) and Laura Williams (BJ); his sister Shelby Stout (Clyde); and his brother-in-law Don Payne (Wilma). He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
