He was predeceased by: his parents, Ottis Glenn Howard and Betty Sue Howard; and his brother James Fredrick Howard (Mike Howard). He is survived by: his wife Beth Howell Howard; his daughter Brittany Howard; his sisters, Deborah Deyton, Helen Blevins, Linda Stephens and Sylvia McCoy; his grandchildren, Hayden Wilson Bailey and Josiah Major Bailey; and his close friends, Jesse McCoy, John McDaniel, Frankie Grayson and Greg Hayworth. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other special friends.
